My heart goes out to all of the Cypher family. I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Dick. The Cypher family has always been great neighbors and friends to me and my family over the years. Dick will truely be missed. Please know that I am sorry I can not be there in person; but my love, thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I have known Dick for over 40 years, and he was a very well loved person. He was always busy with his gardening, camping, boating, and his home, and he loved his family very much. He was a close neighbor of ours, and an excellent friend, and he and I had exchanged our talents to help one another. He will be sadly missed by everyone. I will always miss him, as being an excellent person, and dear friend. May God Bless him, and his family. My sincere condolences to his family. May God grant him peace.
