Gary Miller Obituary

MILLER Gary G. Miller, age 62, of 2713 Plum St., died Saturday, January 4, 2003 at his residence. Son of the late Jesse R. and Ivis Russell Miller. Husband of 37 years, Phyllis Ball Miller. Father of Christine Matha and her husband Cliff of Erie, Sandra Aiello and her husband Frank of Manassas, VA., and Amy Baker and her husband James of Middletown, NY. Grandfather of Amber and Abby Matha of Erie, Carmella and Angela Aiello of VA., and Madellyn Baker of NY. Brother of Ruth Becker of Waterford, Audrey Morrison and her husband John of Cranesville, Richard Miller and his wife Marge, Keith Miller and his wife Diane all of Erie, and the late Robert and Paul Miller. Many nieces and nephews also survive. An Italian foreign exchange student Michela Montanari of Ravenna, Italy. Friends may call on Sunday evening from 7 to 9 and on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at the Francis V. Kloecker Funeral Home, Inc., 2502 Sassafras St., and are invited to attend a service there on Tuesday morning at 9:30 followed by a Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church at 10:00, with Msgr. Gerald Ritchie officiating. Entombment in Gate of Heaven Mausoleum.

We're sorry that we could not make it to the funeral services ,but please know that Gary will sadly be missed . My daughter regrets not getting to know him better before all this happened .Phyllis if you need anything at all please keep in touch .

What a pleasure it has been to know Gary. What a wonderful time we all shared skating and traveling together as Evans West Skate Club. I especially remember the love Gary had for children. The concern over his girls, his grandchildren and all the kids in the club. You will be greatly missed.
