Giacomo Talarico Obituary
Giacomo Jack "Jake" Talarico, age 59, of Erie, died unexpectedly, on Monday, August 11, 2014.
He was born November 7, 1954, in Naples, Italy, the son of the late Jacob and Eufemia "Faye" Leggieri Talarico.
He had worked at the Erie Golf Course.
Jack loved his family very much. He enjoyed golfing, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his friends. He always had a saying for everything in life.
Jack lived life the way he wanted to live it, "His Way."
He is survived by his wife, Susan Gilson-Talarico of Erie; two daughters, Angela and Carly Talarico, both of Erie, one son, Mike Talarico, of Erie; two stepsons, Austin Gilson and Matthew (Ariel) Gilson, of Erie; three grandchildren, Gemma Mosconi, Gianna Talarico, and Maddox Gilson; two sisters, Renee Siano, and Tammy McAllister; two nephews, Mario and Anthony Siano; and cousins, Tony and Joe Talarico. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Friends may call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, Wednesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m., and are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at St. Paul RC Church, 1617 Walnut Street, on Thursday at 10:00 a.m.

RIP Jake, you were a great neighbor. As a young couple, we always appreciated your willingness to help us out and just be neighborly - lending tools, snowblowing the whole sidewalk on the block each snowy day, and giving a friendly chat each time we saw you.
