Jarema Korytko Obituary
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one nephew, Adrian Deputat.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Lorraine Dach Korytko; two children, Elizabeth MacDougall (Jasen) of Derby, N.Y. and Michael Korytko of Dunkirk, N.Y.; and two grandchildren, Taelor Jean Korytko of Cassadaga, N.Y. and Ian John MacDougall of Derby, N.Y. He also fondly thought of his neighbors, Megan and Matthew Levan, as his "faux" grandchildren. Jerry is also survived by two sisters, Ksenia Deputat (Zenon) and Larisa Aldrich (Scott); two nephews, Myron and Jurij Deputat; and two nieces, Kimberly Dach McDonald and Julia Aldrich.
No calling hours will be observed. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenille Arthritis Foundation, 122 East 42nd Street, 18th Floor, New York, NY 10168.
