Marco Farynick Obituary

Marco Farynick Mr. Marco Farynick, 84, of 19 Cornen St. Bradford, passed away Sunday May 6th, 2007 at Hamot Medical Center in Erie. On February 24, 1946 he married Sophia G. (Tsepelis) Farynick who survives. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served with the 81st Fighter Group in the Pacific Theater during WWII. He was employed as a machinist at Bradford Motor Works, and Trico. Surviving in addition to his wife are two daughters: Denise Schlaback of Erie, Christine and her husband Carl McCracken of Bradford, eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one brother, and two sisters. Family will be receiving friends on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc., 372 East Main Street at which time funeral services will be held with Rev. Max Miller, pastor of the Bradford Area Parish officiating. Committal services and Military Honors will be accorded in McKean Memorial Park Cemetery in Lafayette. Memorials if desired may be made to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, or the charity of the donors choice. Sign the guestbook at www.GoErie.com/obits
