My deepest sympathy is extended to Mario's family. I had only run into Mario once since many, many years ago and he spoke of his love for his wife and son. Many of us will remember him for his wonderful smile and his love of life.

I was very sorry to hear of Mario's passing. We all grew up in the neighborhood together (21 Street between Myrtle and Chestnut Streets)We used to play football in the street (follow him around even when he didn't want us too). As we all got older. I continued to see Mario at his brother Mike's house for annual parties/picnics and volleyball games. It was usually a winning team if you had Mario on your side.

God Bless you Mario. You will be truly missed.

Love,

Your Neighborhood Brothers David and Douglas. Alias The Brick Brothers (Mario gave us the name)

I received a phone call from my mother this morning to tell me the very sad news that my childhood friend Mario had passed away. Mario and I attended St. Joseph's school together and we grew up three short blocks away. We played football together at St. Joe's. One of the coaches called us "The Dego Guards". I reconnected with Mario when we were in our 20s. For a while, he came over to my apartment for a Bible study group. I haven't seen my old friend for a few years but his passing shocked me. My love and prayers go out to Lucille, son Michael, brother Mike and family. May his soul rest in the peace and presence of his Savior Jesus.

Sincerely,

Angelo Natalie
