We as the direct family of Pat would like to thank all of our family and friends for the support they gave us through the past year, to help us get through it with strength. We all miss him, he was a great man who always tried to be the best he could be, to treat his wife good, and raise his kids the way they should be. He could always be relied on to help his friends and family when they needed him. We will always miss him and hope that everyone keeps his memory dear.

Jen as soon as I seen this I knew this is what Patrick would be saying if he had the chance. I am very sorry for your loss and here if you need a shoulder.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Dearest Connie & Family:

Words cannot begin to express the profound sorrow following Pat’s passing. As you ponder this loss, let yourself cry knowing each tear is a note of love rising to the heavens. May your memories give you strength and peace. May the memory of all the wonderful experiences outweigh the pain of losing a child, a brother, a husband, a father, a friend so young, so suddenly.

Patrick has given his family so many memories to hold in their hearts.

We will always remember Pat on the floor playing with our dogs, Patches and Buttons, which he dearly loved. He couldn't keep his hands off of them. They enjoyed it as much as he did.

We were so glad we were able to spend time with Pat and Connie in April on their visit to Louisville.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of his family. He will be greatly missed, but he is at peace with his Dad.

My thoughts and prayers are with Connie and her family. I have hundreds of memories of growing up with Pat and Mike and like Barb one of my favorites is "Papa shoots the bull." I'm sure his papa is enjoying his company. Pat was a large part of our family holidays and he was great at looking innocent (being the baby) when we got in trouble! His contagious personality will be missed. God be with you.

Some people make the world special just by being in it.

GOLDEN HEART

God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not meant to be,
So he put his arms around you
and whispered "Come to Me".
With tearful eyes we watched you,
as we saw you pass away.
Although we loved you deeply,
we could not make you stay.
Your Golden Heart stopped beating,
hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us,
He only takes the best.

My memories of Pat are when he was a little boy and had the most engaging personality and was cute as a button. He was so proud of being Patrick Morgan Bradley. I would tease him and give him all kinds of new middle names. He would stomp his foot and tell me, no, I AM PATRICK MORGAN BRADLEY. He also throughly enjoyed tormenting Mike. Pat's smile could light up a room.

The story of my dad teaching Pat to say "Papa shoots the bull" is a family favorite.

My deepest sympathy to all of you. I am sure he and Larry have met up and are watching down over all of you. Remember the happy times to help you through this terrible time.

While he may be gone, his memory will be with you forever.
