I always enjoyed seeing Uncle Billy when I stayed with relatives in Erie (during the summer growing up-30 years ago). He was always smiling and had a story to tell. He was a neat person and I will miss him.

I am sorry for your loss. Billy O. was a very close friend of mine and my wife Susi. I will always remember him for all the good things he did for others, as Billy would say " he was a man among men". He was a friend you could always count on. and I will never forget him.
