ERWIN - Roger H. Miller, age 74, of Erwin, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Erwin, Roger is a son of the late Howard Lee and Anna Pearl (Church) Miller. He was a lifetime member of Elks Lodge #1985. Mr. Miller loved to garden and raise flowers, enjoyed woodworking and loved to play golf. He was an avid UT Football fan. In addition to his parents, Roger is preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline Fields Miller; daughter, Kim Tilson; and brother-in-law, Mark Clay.
Roger H. Miller has left behind to cherish his memory: daughter, Candy Miller; sister, Mary Jane Clay; 2 Grandchildren; and 2 Great Grandchildren.
The family will attend a memorial service at a later date.

Roger and I grew up together. We played football and basketball together at Elm Street school and Unicoi county High School. He was a close friend and will be missed greatly.
