Charles Schaffer Obituary

Charles Schaffer, 77, of New Haven, Missouri, passed away on September 18, 2017 in New Haven, Missouri.
Memorial services were held at The Following Church in Pacific with Greg Sitton officiating.
Charles Schaffer was born in Pacific, Missouri to Harry and Hazel Schaffer on April 20, 1940. He married Charlotte Daugherty in February 1960. Charles was a retiree from the Chrysler Plant in Fenton, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Schaffer (nee Daughtery).
Charles is survived by three children, Lisa Hagedorn of St Louis, Missouri; Michelle (Shelley) Swoboda of Bland, Missouri and Charles (Chuck Schaffer) and wife, Kathy of Washington, Missouri; one brother, Thomas Schaffer and wife, Patricia of Oklahoma; and two sisters MaryAnn Proffit and Joyce Contreras of Texas; Grandchildren: Brittany Wideman (Mike), Phillip Hagedorn (Kellie), Rachel Sharpe (Mike), Rachel Sitton (Greg), Krista Burris (Tim), Brandon Schaffer, Tessa Swoboda, Nick Schaffer; and 12 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
