To all the family, I am saddened at your loss. I was one of Allen's caregivers a few years ago at Lutheran Village. It was such a pleasure to always have a smile and conversation with him. By far the best memories were of Allen playing the piano and singing. Very gifted man and am sure he will be missed by many.

I worked for a child care program at Lutheran Retirement Villiage and when we were in operation, Mr. Weikert would attend our circle time every Friday. He loved to hear the children sing. He sang along also! He was a special gentleman. I offer prayers to his family.

Our heartfelt sympathy to the Weikert family. I only had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Weikert when my father Maurice Bream was in the Gettysburg Lutheran Home for rehab. My understanding was that he and Allen were classmates at one time. Again our condolences.
