Joseph Myers Obituary
Westminster - Joseph N. "Fat Daddy" Myers, 70, of Westminster, died Friday, July 23, 2021, at BridgingLife Dove House. Born June 11, 1951 in Hanover, PA, he was the son of the late Ethel Rickell Myers and Norman E. Myers. He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Deborah Nelson Myers.
Before retiring he worked at Westminster Shoe, Kootz Concrete and Lowes. He was a member of the Littlestown Eagles, American Legion, Moose and VFW. Joseph also enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching football.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son Joseph N. Myers, II and wife Timberly of Hanover, PA.
He was predeceased by a brother Edward Myers and aunt and uncle Robert and Anna Kuhns.
The family will receive friends on Friday, July 30, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster. Funeral services will begin at 12 p.m. Interment will be private.
