Kenneth A. Klinedinst Sr.

HANOVER Kenneth A. Klinedinst, Sr., 70, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2014, at Transitions, Gettysburg. He was the husband of Bethanna L. (Leader) Klinedinst, his wife of 15 years. He was born December 10, 1943, in Hanover, the son of the late Kenneth and Eileen (Bream) Klinedinst. Kenneth worked at Freeman Shoes, Hanover, Aristokraft, Littlestown, and was employed for 15 years with Utz Quality Foods, Hanover. He most recently worked for FMI Janitorial Services, Hanover, and was a custodian with the North Hanover Mall. Kenneth was a member of Eagle Christian Ministries and enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting, and tinkering with small engines. In addition to his wife, Kenneth is survived by his sons, Kenneth A. Klinedinst, Jr. and wife, Lacy of Hanover, Kirt Klinedinst of Hanover, and Keith Klinedinst and wife, Sherry of Appomattox, Va.; daughters, Michelle, Anna Klinedinst of Hanover, and Susan Klinedinst of Hanover; sisters, Sandra Miller and husband, Glenn of Hanover, Patricia Klinedinst of Hanover, and Frances Courtney of Girard, Ohio; nine grandchildren; and mother-in-law, Ruth Jordan of Hanover. A service to celebrate the life of Kenneth Klinedinst will be held Tuesday, July 1, at 11 a.m. at the Wetzel Funeral Home and Crematory, 549 Carlisle St., Hanover, with Pastor Ken Brookens officiating. A time to share memories and an opportunity to view will be on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover.
