Anita Mike Obituary
Born in Bishopville, May 13, 1925, the daughter of Edward and Anita Rumsey Dungan Sr., she had resided in Almond during her early life, and in Hornell for several years. Anita enjoyed crocheting but especially enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husbands, Robbie Robinson and Foody Mike; her son, Jeff Robinson; her daughter, Michelle Wagar; as well as her brothers, Edward Dungan Jr., LeRoy Dungan, and Charles ""Buddy"" Dungan.
She is survived by two sons, Joel (Erica) Mike of Mt. Morris and John (Julie) Mike of Livonia; her sister, Dorothy French of California; her grandchildren, Chloe Mike, Emily Mike, Alix Shouse and Whitney Cornish; several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will be present to receive friends on Friday (Dec. 30, 2016) from 3 until 7 p.m., at the Bender-Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo St., Hornell. Funeral services will be held on Saturday (Dec. 31, 2016) at 10 a.m. with Deacon Robert McCormick officiating. Burial will be in Rural Cemetery, Hornell.

So sorry to hear of Aunt Gertie's passing. She was a wonderful lady. Unfortunately, Kathleen Covert (Dungan) didn't know of her passing, and missed the calling hours and funeral. She was in touch with Aunt Gertie often, and was very sad to hear what happened. She wanted me to send her best wishes and prayers to the family.
