Phil was one of the many founding fathers of City Theatre of Independence. He did a variety of work to get City Theatre up and running. Prayers to the Family.

Phil was a terrific man. He volunteered at the Kansas City VA for 12 years accumulating 6,504 volunteer hours for the Paralyzed Veterans of America. He was always happy and willing to help his fellow Veteran. May he rest in peace.
