To the Tsiatso family. We are very sorry for your loss. We saw that the restaurant was closed, but did not know (until today) that Mr. Jim had passed. Thank you for many good meals and a place where we always felt at home. You gave Lauren here first job-- and I always said Mr. Jim had the very best sweet potatoes in the world! You are in our thoughts.

Although I was just a customer at "Mr. Jims", both he and his wife treated me very well during my many breakfasts and lunches. I remember the many "generous portions" of country ham that came across my plate.

Jimmy, to me you were both brother and father. I will always remember how hard you worked to help our family survive in the 1940s and 50s.

I love you very much and will never ever forget you.

Your loving brother,
Thanasi
