Chad Stover Obituary
Chad was born on Nov. 8, 1996 in Sedalia, Mo. to Kenneth and Amy (Yoakum) Stover. Chad was a member of the junior class at Tipton High School, and a member of DECA, FFA, FBLA, and was a Renaissance cardholder. He loved sports and played football and baseball as a Tipton Cardinal. He played for several traveling baseball teams in the summer. He loved hunting with his brothers, and was an avid bow hunter.
He is survived by his parents, two brothers: Zane and Kenton Stover, at home; one sister: Amanda Stover, at home; paternal grandparent: Sharon Stover of Williamsport; maternal grandparents: Bill and Peggy Yoakum of Belton, Mo.; and maternal great grandmother: Dora Traul of Raymore, Mo.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Christopher (Storme) Stover.
A celebration of life for Chad Stover was held Nov. 17 at Tipton High School.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the "Chad Stover Foundation Fund" in care of the Tipton Latham Bank in Tipton, Mo.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Meisenheimer Funeral Home in Tipton, Mo.

The loss of a child is unbearable. Since November 23, 2013, we have lost our oldest grandson. Time stops in its tracks, each anniversary is as if we have to relive that day over, minute by minute. My heart breaks for your family Chad. You are in a beautiful, magnificent place now. I will keep them in my prayers today

Its heartbreaking to read this story on line. Not knowing Chad, but having kids the same age and doing the sports that they love is what parents want for thier kids. My entire family was moved by this tragic event and we send our prayers to your entire family.

God has taken the most handsome man
in the world to be in heaven, Chad is now playing his best of all game; doing what he loves to do, and will live on in his families hearts; you will all miss him greatly, but rest assured, this young man was raised with the best values, and everyone in his family can be proud of him. I am a Varsity Volleyball coach in northwest Indiana. Although I haven't had to go through the death of a child, I have lost 4 of my "kids" who all died tragically and much too young. As a mom, my heart breaks for your family. In September, a football player from LaPorte, Indiana collapsed from an undetected heart ailment. Perhaps they are together now...
