I just heard of Elaine's passing tonight and I want to send my condolences. I knew Mrs Schry many many years ago back in the early to mid 1980's. I was her paper girl in North Fond du Lac. I always looked forward to delivering to her as if she was outside or saw me coming she made sure to stop me and ask me how my day was going & how school was. I loved our chats & discussions. I specifically remember one year at Christmas time she gave me earrings as a gift. How many people do something that sweet for their paper girl? I'll never forget it. Thru the years & into adulthood I would stop by if I saw her out & about shopping or whatnot & we would play catch up. She always remembered me & I will always remember her. Again I'm so sorry to hear of her passing. She is and was truely an angel.
