Jane Erickson Obituary

Jane J. Erickson, 87, of Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at Harbor Haven Healthcare Center.

She was born on May 14, 1924, in Colby, Wisconsin, a daughter of Oscar C. and Ida J. Reinhold Larson.

Jane graduated from Fond du Lac Senior High School in 1942.

On February 5, 1955, she married Rolland G. Erickson at Church of Peace, Fond du Lac.

Jane worked at National Exchange Bank and Trust. She was a member of Church of Peace, Fond du Lac, and a member of their choir.

She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and crafts. She was also a Girl Scout Leader and was a member of the Humane Society, since she loved her animals.

She is survived by a daughter, Janell (David) Kreif of Campbellsport; their children: Corey Mueller of Campbellsport, Gina Kreif and special friend, Sam,

of Fond du Lac and Kelly Kreif and special friend, Travis, of Brownsville; a daughter, Suanne Gerritson of Fond du Lac; her children: Tammy (Chris) Immel and Richard (Sara) Gerritson, both of Fond du Lac; five great- grandchildren: Cassandra and Mackenzie Immel, Braden, Brock, and Brookelyn Gerritson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Rolland Erickson, on June 29, 1998; a daughter, Pamela Erickson; and a son-in-law, Dean Gerritson.

SERVICES: The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Mach Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 31 E. Division Street, Fond du Lac, with Rev. Jennifer C.M. Dawson officiating.

Burial will follow in Rienzi Cemetery.

VISITATION: The visitation will be on Saturday at Mach Funeral Chapel & Crematory from noon until the time of service.
