Irene Gordon Obituary

Irene Louise Gordon, age 76 years of Centralia, died Aug. 3, 2017 at Stuart House, Centralia. She was born June 25, 1941 the daughter of John Woodrow Jones and Irene Slonaker, in Mexico. On April 12, 1969 she married Raymond Miner Gordon in Mexico.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond Miner Gordon, Centralia; children, David Lee Gordon and wife Stacey, Centralia; Amy Lynn (Gordon) Miles and husband Chuck, Redwick Ia; Margo Lynn (Gordon) Vanlandingham and husband Tim, Sturgeon; Grandchildren: Amanda Greene; Johnathon Chrisman; Anthony Miles; Chelsey Miles; Dylen Gordon; Trey Gordon; Raven Ayo and Kane Vanlandingham; Two great-granddaughters; Sister, Margie Black, Columbia; Brother, Jerry Jones, Thompson.
She was preceded in death by her parent: Woodrow and Irene Jones and In-Laws, Raymond and Midge Gordon.
Celebration of Life service was held at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Jacksonville, on Monday, Aug. 7, 2017 with Rev. David Hartgrove, Pastor, Crossroads Cathedral Assembly of God Church, Centralia, officiating. Inurnment was in Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Jacksonville.
Memorials are suggested to Centralia Avenue of Flags, c/o of Centralia City Hall, 114 S. Rollins St., Centralia, Mo. 65240.
Visitation was held Monday, Aug. 7, 2017 at Fenton Funeral Chapel, Centralia.
