Adam D. Cairns, 54, of Fitchburg, MA passed away peacefully on October 10, 2023. He was the son of Sarah (Griffin) Cairns and the late Robert Cairns. I met Adam when we were about 7 yrs old at the YMCA playing basketball and continued to be friends all through our yrs in school. Our friendship never skipped a beat even after not seeing each other for years. My sincere condolences to his sweet mom Sarah who I adore and his sister Heather

i baby sat him and went to church with his grandmother. when he was a baby on Arlington st my condolence to his family Sadie and Heather always remember them
