SHIRLEY -- Ann B. (Marcinkewicz) McNiff, 64, of 11 Longley Road, died Friday, Aug. 13, at her residence after an illness.
Mrs. McNiff was born in Ayer on July 9, 1940, a daughter of Stanley and Josephine (Gillis) Marcinkewicz, and has resided in Shirley her entire life.
Mrs. McNiff was an avid traveler. She graduated from Ayer High School class of 1958 and she also graduated from St. Anthony’s Elementary School in Shirley. She was a communicant of St. Anthony’s Church in Shirley.
Mrs. McNiff is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, John P. and Evelyn McNiff of Plymouth Meeting, Penn., and Todd M. McNiff of Miami, Fla.; her daughter, Audrey McNiff of Greenwich, Conn.; two brothers, Stanley Marcinkewicz, and Peter and his wife, Sandy Marcinkewicz, both of Shirley; three grandchildren, John, Nick and Serena McNiff, all of Plymouth Meeting, Penn.; and one niece, Jessica Campbell of North Carolina.
MCNIFF -- Ann B. (Marcinkewicz) McNiff, 64, of Shirley. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 17, at St. Anthony’s Church, 14 Phoenix St., Shirley. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Calling hours are 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the T.J. Anderson & Son Funeral Home, 25 Fitchburg Road (Route 2A), Ayer. I've known your Mom since 1959. Your Mom, Dad, and many of us in Shiley grew into adulthood together. What I remember most,was her smile,and her generosity.She will be missed by many.
