John G. Rocheleau

1940 - 2021

In the early morning hours of December 26, 2021, Jack peacefully passed away at Gardner Rehab and Skilled Nursing in Gardner, MA surrounded by his family.

Jack was born on September 29, 1940 in Fitchburg, MA the son of Roland and Veonie (Caron) Rocheleau. He lived in Leominster most of his life and worked for many years at Foster Grant Company and then Fosta-Tek until his retirement in 2014. He also worked part time at Bourbeau's Market in Leominster for many years.

Jack enjoyed skiing, traveling and keeping his home and cars well maintained. He loved large gatherings with family and friends and everyone will always remember his memorable laugh.

He leaves two daughters, Jacqueline (Ron) Keogh, Darlene (Robert) Lagoy and a son, Jeffrey (Kathy) Rocheleau. His grandchildren, Shane (Jackie) Keogh, Courtney (Paul Wood) Keogh, Tyler Keogh, Ryan (Bryn) Lagoy and Ross (Kyra Burnett) Lagoy. A great-granddaughter, Lucie Jane Keogh and a great-grandson due in April. He leaves his sister Theresa (Richard) Burchstead of Leominster, MA and dear friends Carol and Dick McDowell of Leominster as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.

Jack was predeceased by the love of his life, his wife Terri in 2019 after sharing 55 years of marriage. He was also predeceased by his brothers Robert, Armand and Gerald.

The family would like to thank Sunrise Assisted Living and Gardner Rehab and Skilled Nursing in Gardner for the wonderful care that he received in the last few years of his life.

Rocheleau

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Friday, December 31 in the Holy Family of Nazareth Church, 750 Union St., Leominster. Burial will be in St. Cecilia's Cemetery, Leominster. A calling hour will be from 9:00-10:00 am prior to the Mass in the Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg.
