On Monday, August 29, 2022, Not quite the end of summer but certainly 'The Best Day Ever', Paul Clark age 22 of Hopkinton and Leominster, MA passed from this earthly plane on his journey towards his 'Eternal Summer'.

Paul was born June 26, 2000 in Leominster, MA to parents, Sean and Carolyn Clark of Hopkinton and Leominster, formerly of Westminster, MA.

Besides his parents he leaves behind two siblings both from Leominster, His older sister Reagan Clark whom he adored and looked up to despite the fact that at 6'3" he towered over her. She was his most beloved mentor, lifelong best friend and partner in crime early on when they went by their nicknames Gigi and Gus. A younger brother, Will Clark who upon his birth Paul's parents never returned despite Paul's adamant requests. In spite of the rocky start the two grew into a rather unique and beautiful bond that only brothers might fully understand and one that to this day neither were willing to expound upon lest their sarcastic jibe at one another be seen as genuine affection. At an early age Paul utilized his brother as his sidekick in his every adventure. When there weren't chasing after one another or could be found in one spot Will could often be found at Paul's shoulder or hanging like a monkey from his back.. In addition, he leaves behind doting grandparents Paul and Suzanne Landry of Leominster, MA, previously deceased grandmother, Victoria Clark of Westminster, MA, Aunts Michelle Landry of Glastonbury, CT, Kelly Clark, her husband Edison Sanango and cousin Sydney of Sutton, MA, an Uncle Ken Clark of Westminster, MA, His beloved cat Boo who will no longer steal Paul's tuna fish lunches and of course, a world full of friends extended family and new friends he enjoyed the pleasure of meeting every day in his travels - all of whom Paul expressed his gratitude for.

Paul attended Oakmont Regional High School and was a graduating member of the class of 2018. Over the years he made many friends with students as well as his dedicated teachers and staff in Chorus, Select Choir, The Friends Club, Track, Special Olympics and the Ace Program.

Paul was fortunate to have the opportunity to try out many different jobs through his school's work program, which included sub shops, hardware stores, hotels,, farms, music stores and cafes. He enjoyed cooking and coffee and if his parents set a Dunkin down, tough luck, as Paul was quick to confiscate it.

Paul's hobbies included music, both listening and composing, swimming, all things Spongebob related the Simpsons, drawing, cartoons and cartoon art, cooking, walking and hiking. He enjoyed his daily walks and could often be seen shuffling along his way sporting earbuds and a Spongebob cap regardless of the season with a big ole smile upon his face.

He loved his mom's home cooked meals and never missed the opportunity to tell her that she was the Best Ever! He especially loved sugar in any form but preferable chocolate chip cookies, Monster Energy and Dr. Pepper,

Paul possessed an amazing ability to recall trivia facts relating to his favorite shows or music, predict calendar dates off the top of his head, calculate math and he loved words, word play, palindromes and puzzles. He had an amazing knack for making up his own words. Paul was always quick with a joke and the more absurd the better! He was an extremely talented and creative musician, truly a savant much to his family's surprise. He played piano by ear an at earlier age than he could speak. He also possessed perfect pitch which resulted in certain family members (mom) often being admonished to please Not sing in his presence. He would tell anyone who asked that no one sang better than his dad, a compliment borne more of his affection for him than from any legitimate talent.

Paul enjoyed composing his own musical pieces that ranged from classical to pop, rock and jazz as well as comedic parodies, jingles, Christmas carols and cartoons. He believed that the correct sequence of notes could create an infinite song.

Paul was truly the sweetest most gentle soul. He enjoyed interaction with people of all ages and walks of life. He was always fully present and willingly shared his love of all things special to him with others.

He loved the holidays and was generous to a fault (once giving his mother's possessions away as Christmas gifts much to her surprise). He expressed himself beautifully in written form, musically and with his unwavering kindness, gratitude and the evident wonder of his own inner joy for life. He lived every day as a celebration doing the things that he loved most and his joy was contagious to those around him.

His family will greatly miss his quirky humor, his sweet smile and his great big hugs. He IS the infinity song he wished to write and he lives on in the echoes he left behind, all of our love, our memories, a feather in the wind, a musical note, the blue of the summer sky and in the hearts of those he touched too deeply for him to ever be forgotten.

The family will hold a private service at this time. A celebration for family and friends are yet to be determined and will be announced at a later date.
