Andrew Millican Obituary

ANDREW MILLICAN PALM BAY Andrew Larry Millican, 87, former resident of the Great Outdoors in Titusville, Florida made his transition from physi cal to spiritual on Wednesday, March 8, 2006 in the Palm Bay, Florida home of his son, Robert Cox. Born in Dallas Texas, Larry settled in Bakersfield, CA after World War II military service. Larry and wife, Ruth, were long time residents of California; however, eventually made their way to Florida, first settling in Ft. Myers and later transitioning to Titusville. Larry loved to travel and enjoyed meeting and entertain ing old and new friends. He never met a stranger and was always active in a variety of church activities and projects throughout his life. Larry was a devoted and most loving husband to his wife, and a committed and caring father, grandfather, great-grand father, and great-great grand- father. Larry is survived by wife, Ruth, of Palm Bay, FL; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Debra Cox of Palm Bay, FL; daughter and son-in law, Donna and Jim Carter of Bakersfield, CA. Larrys son, Larry Alan Millican, predeceased him. Larry is also survived by grandchildren, Jimmy and Johnny Carter, and Sherri Castle of Bakersfield, CA, Bekki Marsiglia of Long Beach, CA, Mikki Rohrman of Canton, TX; Rebecca Overduyn of West Haven, UT; great-grandchildren Kandice, Lyndsey and Mellissa Castle of Bakersfield, CA; Morgan and Jamie Marsiglia of Long Beach, CA, Taylor Rohr man and Kara Otte of Canton, TX, Robert and Payton Ruggles of West Haven, UT; great-great grandson, Sven Rodriguez of Bakersfield, CA. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m., on Tuesday, March 14, 2006 at the Great Outdoors Church, Titusville, FL, with visitation from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. Inter ment will follow the funeral at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, Titusville. North Brevard Funeral Home in Titusville is in charge of arrangements.
