Anna Burley Obituary
Melbourne - Born June 16, 1934 in the village of Montona, Italy, passed away on March 19, 2018 in Melbourne, FL. She arrived in America on her 21st birthday and settled with her family in the town of Nazareth, PA where she met and married Jim, her husband of almost 60 years. She was the only daughter of the late Alvise "Gigi" and Rina Andretti, and sister to Aldo and Mario. She was a talented artist, who attended the Art Institute in Lucca, Italy.
She is survived by her husband, Jim; children, JT (Mary) Burley, David (Jane) Burley & Gwen (Jason) Peirce; grandchildren, Tonya, Jamie, Joanna, Genna, Brianna, Andrew, Evelyn & Winston; 5 great-grandchildren; brothers, Mario (DeeAnn) & Aldo (Carolyn) and 15 nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her eldest daughter, Janine.
Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, April 2, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

I believe Marie had her Art in my gallery- The Rooftop Gallery, Pompton Lakes, N.J.--- in the Late 70's early 80's . She was so memorable because she was so sweet and unassuming. Much later she told me that she was Mario Andretti's sister, and brought me a signed picture of him. To my shame, I moved, and misplaced that photo. RIP dear Marie. I'm sorry we lost touch.

Anna Maria and her husband, Jim, were some of the first people we got to know at HNJ. They were so friendly to us and Anna Maria was so strong in her Catholic faith. Rest in Peace, daughter of Christ.
