To Carol's Family,

I cannot believe this outcome. I saw her, not only as a patient, but as family. I cannot feel the loss as you do, because you are her real family, but I felt we were bonded in some way. To be honest, that can cause bias in treating any patient. However, I felt that I was able to separate that and allow for the best choices possible.

I do not live in isolation and have been touched by your mother's sparkling personality. She was a joy to encounter and interact with. I felt helpless at times but knew she had awesome support from such a loving family. I will miss her. My heartfelt love to you all. With warm regards,

Timothy O'Hare

I worked with Carol at GMAC many years ago in St. Pete. She was actually my Customer Service Rep & I was her clerk. She trained me with the excellent knowledge she had. I was very lucky to work close with her. She will surely be missed as she was when she retired from GMAC & moved to Melbourne. My sincere sympathy is with your family. She was a GREAT lady.

Mark, Scott & Kevin,
I worked with your mother in St Pete, Tampa and Orlando. I lived with her in Orlando for a month while I was waiting for my house to be built. I meet Kevin once while living there, we went to dinner when you were in town one night. Your mother was like a mother to me. I thought of her that way and several times gave her like a mother mother's day card. So sorry to hear of her passing. She was a wonderful person and I cared about her deeply.

Words can't express what a loss Aunt Carol's passing is to everyone that knew her. My thoughts are with you and your families during this difficult time. If you need ANYTHING, be it now, in 10 days, or 10 years, remember we are just a phone call away. Hopefully, you can take some comfort in knowing that Aunt Carol is now in a much better place. Take care and stay strong.
