Charles Emery Obituary
Charles Thomas Emery, Loving and Devoted Husband and Father. Brevard County resident and long time business owner, Charles "Tom" Emery went home to be with the Lord, July 16, 2012.
The Vermont native moved to the Sunshine State in the 1960's just after graduating from high school in Waterbury, VT. Tom brought some of the cool air with him, using two thousand dollars in start up money, he built a family owned Air Conditioning business that has helped keep the Space Coast cool for 36 years. He serviced everything from private homes, local businesses to the chillers on the Space Shuttle's "B"pad.
Tom loved to spend time with his family, church family, boating and at his horse farm.
He is survived by his 5 children, 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He was loved by all and he will be deeply missed. Tom was 67.
Memorial Services will be held at the First Baptist Church of Merritt Island, Saturday, July 21, 2012. The viewing is at 1:00 pm, service at 2:00 pm. Internment will follow at Florida Memorial Gardens in Rockledge.

To the family of Tommy Emery, Tom was a good childhood friend of mine from Waterbury Vermont. We graduated High School together and our 50th anniversary will be next year. We was a great goalie in soccer and we played to a 0 - 0 tie in the state championship game in our senior year. I kept tabs on Tom through his brother Dan in Waterbury and was hoping to see Tom again at our 50th reunion. My belated sympathy to his family and you have my thoughts and prayers. My Dear Sweet Little Brother, Tommy,
I feel so blessed to have shared this earthly life with you, but for much too short a time. I'll never forget the day you were born, on Valentine's Day. How appropriate for someone who spent his life spreading love and giving comfort to others. You touched many lives and made them better. Although your presence here was limited, I know you are now at peace with Our Lord and family members. We will all reunite in time.
I pray your dear soulmate, Judy and all of your family will find comfort in their abundance of beautiful memories.

Dear Judy, It is with great sadness I send this message to you and the children. I know how very much you loved Tom and how his presence in your lives will be missed. May knowing that Tom is rejoicing with our precious Jesus~encircled by those that have gone ahead of him and now is perfect health bring you the peace I know Tom would want you to have. Having known Tom since I was 15, I can say he was a wonderful husband~father and friend.
I hold many~many sweet memories of our family times together. My Mother and entire family loved Tom so much and were glad he shared his life with us. He was part of the family!
Sweet memories I will hold in my heart and mind. Tom will be missed. My prayers are with you as you hold steadfast in God's promises.
