Eric, It is so very hard to say goodbye to a childhood friend. The memories of a little boy mooning every kid on King Richard Road from your driveway to our brunches when I came into town, will always be with me. You have been an inspiration to many dealing with the cards life had dealt you. You where taken to heaven but you did not go alone. You took a piece of everyone that knew you. You now have your own wings to fly as you wish. Until we meet again my friend.

Love
Cheryl

There will be a memorial service for Eric, this weekend. It will be at 3:00 pm, Sunday, December 28th, at Praise Cathedral, 840 Hollywood Blvd. His Church friends have been nice enough to get permission to use this larger Church. It will seat 600.

Eric and I were a lot more than just brothers. For many years, we explored underwater and above water, all over central and south Florida. We gathered food from the sea to feed our friends on our many excursions to the Keys. We lived together, about as much as we'd lived apart. We shared thoughts on philosphy, politics, religion and everything else under the sun. Through the worst of times, we carried one another. When we lived apart, I knew that I'd hear from Eric, almost daily. One or the other of us would call, just to talk about something we'd seen on the Discovery Channel, or heard on the radio. I was Eric's bone marrow donor and after that we even shared DNA. Eric often joked that he could commit a crime and the cops would come after me.

Eric was much more than just my little brother. He was my very best friend. I hope that all his friends will join us on Sunday to celebrate Erics life.
