Dear Larry and Scott
I love the memories I have of visiting you all through the years. Your mom Gloria was always so elegant and gracious with her twinkling eyes and smile. I remember how much we would laugh about Chipper.
I regret not coming to visit these last few years. But I will be in touch with you both. Your mom was a wonderful person. Love Rebecca

Scott and family, Theo, Jacob and I are so very sorry to hear of Dr. Flathmann's passing. We have enjoyed her being our dentist for many years. It's always been such a blessing to visit your office and to see her. She always made us smile and definitely is one of the classiest women we have ever met.
Reading the obituary made me astounded at her achievements at such a young age. An amazing woman to say the least!!!
We are very sorry that we can not be at the visitation or funeral as we are in Panama City. We'll be saying prayers for you all here at the place your family all began. God bless you all.

Larry, Scott, Alison, Rorie and grand kids, we were sad to hear of Aunt Gloria's passing last week. Even though we live in Charleston and rarely see everyone, the Bell family has always been close in our hearts and minds. Mom has been very sad over the loss of her dear friend and travelling buddy. She was telling me the story of their childhood when Aunt Gloria and her would ride their bikes through downtown Charleston and have the grandest time. She was like a close sister to Mom and Barbara Weaver Mom was able to see the world with Aunt Gloria and your family and she holds those times close to her heart with wonderful memories. She will be sadly missed and our family will hold her graciousness and loving soul in our hearts forever. May she rest in peace and the Lord's Grace look upon your family in this time of sadness. With all our love, Jody, Brenda, Joseph and Dolores Riggs (and all the family in Charleston)

So sorry to hear about Dr. Flathmann. She became our dentist in 1962 and Larry was my Supervisor at NASA. Her recommendation of Auburn University to our daughter was most influential in the course of our family's life. We are most grateful to have known her and her family.
