Mariann Migliore

Migliore Mariann (Futrell) Migliore, 73, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 in London, Ohio, two days shy of her 50th anniversary. She was born in Hartford City, Indiana and was raised in Worthington, Ohio. She was a graduate of Worthington High School and the Ohio State University. Mariann was a cancer survivor but was unable to beat her demon vascular dementia Alzheimer. She was a loving and caring individual always eager to help anyone needing assistance. Throughout her life, she had a love of animals-raising and showing saddle breeds for 10 years and quarter horses for over 30 years. She retired from the State of Ohio after 30 years (10 years in ENT Research and 20 years with the Ohio Department of Disability.) Mariann is survived by her husband, Leonard Migliore; brother, Steven (Melissa) Futrell; nieces, Stephanie (Tim) McGinty, Meredith and Molly McGinty; nephew, Bryan Futrell; niece, Mindy (Matthew) Malkie, Jack, Vincent and Michael Malkie; and nephew, Jack Cahill, Zachary Aker Cahill. She was preceded in death by her parents Don and Marie Futrell and brother Don Futrell, Jr. The family would like to thank the staff of Sisters Assisted Living for assisting Mariann in a caring and thoughtful manner and Loving Care Hospice also. In accordance with Mariann's wishes, no service will be held.
