JoAnn Farrington Obituary
JoAnn Sophie Farrington, January 2, 1947 - March 17, 2013, resident of Melbourne, FL since 1950. Graduated from Melbourne High. She had a passion and love for animals, especially horses. JoAnn was an active member of the Trail Riders Horse Club and also served several terms as President.
Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Kenneth Farrington; son Ken (Cindy); daughter, Dottie; grandsons, Dalton and Coby; sister-in-laws; Dottie Johnson and Carolyn Jeffcoast, Panama City, FL.; brother-in-law Frank Farrington (Millie), Griffin, GA.; along with many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Services will be held on March 25, 2013 at 6:00 p.m., at Brownlie Maxwell Funeral Service, Melbourne, FL.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the family can be made to Dottie Farrington at any Bank of America.

Miss her we had a lot of fun growing up in west Melbourne. I remember the new years eve parties we use to have our son's grew up together still friends today.

I am so sorry, Joann was a special lady, I remember first meeting her, coming from up north, meeting her through my husband, I always felt welcomed & so much part of the family. May she rest in peace with big Kenny. May your days be filled with joyful memories, with each day a little less sad. They are now together again with the Lord and at peace.

Joann was an amazing lady. She was so full of life, love and laughter. She was a second mom to me as well as to others. She treated us like we were her own kids. Hugs, thoughts and prayers goes out to the family. We love you jonann.

I've know JoAnn for 20yrs old love her to death she was great friend / honest / how she talk about her family she loved dearly. You know you would always give you the truth, wether you liked it or not.I will miss talking to her at least 5 nights out the week.
