Mrs. Bacon. I woke up this morning and was feeling extra great in the presence of God. This feeling brought a person to mind......Detective Bacon. So I got on google to locate him so I could tell him something and how thankful I am for his presence in my life. I was very sad when I came across this entry. I haven't seen Mr. Bacon since 2005. I would see him almost every morning at work and there was something special about him. I didn't know him at the time but was compelled to always speak and we always had kind words. Little did I know that we would cross paths in another light. Apparently he saw something in me too. A decision he made was so pivotal in my life that I wouldn't be where I am today if he didn't show the love and kindness he did. Detective Bacon is not dead. His legacy will always live on through me and my family. Please call me. I would love to share with you my experience with your husband. I will search to find you. 478-396-5014

Detective Bacon was a true professional and a very helpful, informative officer. He served Southside High (now Jackson) with the utmost pride and dedication. Enjoyed our interactions and I often called him the "Duke", and he chuckled. To say that he will me missed is an understatement. May his family stay strong and loving in his memory.

Larry Bacon and I worked together in the 90"s on Somerset. He was a kind, respectful person that loved his family dearly. Larry was dedicated to his work. We had the same off days and when we returned to work following our off days he always had something funny to tell you about little Larry. The last time I saw Larry was right before I retired in 2006, I asked him about Little Larry, he said with pride that Little Larry was taller than him . Rest in peace Larry. You will never be replaced

November 10, 2012

Larry and I worked together back in the 90's, on Somerset. Larry was dedicated to his family, friends and work. We had the same off days, and when we would come to work following our days off he always had something funny to tell you about little Larry. Larry was an honest and faithful person. It will be hard to find anyone like Larry Bacon. He will be truly missed by family, friends and co-workers. Rest in peace Larry.
