Bought 15 different Hondas from Ron for my two daughters over the course of 31 years when they went off to college and continued to reside in NC.
Always safe and dependable vehicles and PEACE of mind with two daughters a long way from home.
Only made possible by the friendship and trustworthiness of the terrific guy Ron was.
As Ron began to phase into retirement l had the pleasure of dealing with Josh on the last vehicle and he did a great job for me on the transaction. Ron and l shared a little humor though as Ron provided Josh a little advice on my behalf to finalize the deal.
Only found out today what had happened. I had recently returned form NC and was on a short visit to Titusville and went by the dealership to see if Ron might be knocking around there today.

I worked for Ron for 20 years he taught me things in life that I always carry with me. He helped shape me to be the man I am. After 20 years I decided to leave Norris I was scared to death to tell Ron but he sat me down I told him my reasons and he totally understood. Ron was an amazing man, in 2004 he sent me down to buy a pair of hearing aids that he paid for and accepted nothing in return. On one of our family vacations to the Keys Lori and I went to pay for a rooms only to find that someone had put a $200 deposit on each of them, after vacation Ron came and spoke with us it was only then we realized it was him. While he was down there on a fishing trip he went to the resort we stayed at and put a deposit on our rooms without our knowing. That was an amazing surprise and just a few of the examples of the things he did. I definitely miss working for Ron Norris but I will always be proud to say that I was part of the Ron Norris family!! I'll definitely miss you Ron!! PS. Say hi to my mom up there!!

Ron was my favorite person to talk about football with ... Nearly converted me to being a Lions fan with his optimism and even claimed to support my Panthers (once the Lions were out of playoff contention, of course). He was a treasured friend of mine!

I am a close friend of Ronnie's sister Randy Gauntt. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting Ronnie I have heard from Randy for years that a sister could not have had a better brother. My heart and prayiers are with all of you. Sandi Chesterton

I was blessed with a very special friend since 1976. I bought my first Buick that year. Some would say I was just a customer, but no, I was a true friend on a first name basis with Ron. He always stood behind every car sold to me, plus he took me on a fishing trip of a life time. He always had a kind word for me and my wife, Susan. I will never forget his sense of humor, his love for the little guy, and his fantastic company Christmas parties.

Ron was a blessing to us all. We will truly miss you.
