Shirley A. Windsor, 81 of Titusville went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 29, 2017 while surrounded by her loving family. Born on August 28, 1935 in Washington D.C to the late Charles and Eleanor Scott, Shirley was a member of Indian River United Methodist Church and enjoyed being the glue of the family. Other than her parents, Daughter Loretta James, Granddaughter Amy Scott and brothers Michael Polley and Charles Scott preceded Shirley in death. She will be greatly missed by her beloved husband of 63 years, Kenneth Windsor Sr.; children Barbara Land, Karen Windsor, Kenneth (Pam) Windsor Jr.; grandchildren Jay Scott, Chuck Tobin, Aimee (Randy) Thomson, Sheena James, Jonathan Gilmore, Jessica Windsor, Jackie Gilmore and Brandon Windsor; 8 great grandchildren; sister Lynn Ward; brothers  Alan Scott and Mark Scott. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11AM at North Brevard Funeral Home with burial to follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held TONIGHT from 5-7PM. I was so sorry to hear about the passing of Shirley. She was always so cheerful, uplifting and just an all around sweet person. I will sorely miss talking with her. I send my deepest and heartfelt sympathy to Buzzy and Family. I will keep all of you in my prayers.
