Anna Mullen Obituary

HORNELL, N.Y. - Anna May Mullen, 80, of 11 Maplewood Avenue, went home to be with her Lord and into the arms of her loving husband of 60 years, Gerald, on Friday (Oct. 19, 2012).
Memorial donations can be made to the Greenwood United Methodist Church, PO Box 996, Greenwood, NY 14839 or to the Greenwood Historical Society, c/o Virginia Putnam, County Route 62, Greenwood, NY 14839.
The family will receive friends at the Bender-Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo Street, Hornell, N.Y. on Monday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Greenwood United Methodist Church, State Route 248, Greenwood, N.Y. Burial will be in Valley Brook Cemetery, Andover, N.Y.
She had resided in the Greenwood, N.Y. area all her life prior to moving to North Hornell in 2006.
Surviving are her children Phyllis Mullen; and her sons, Todd and Kip Wormley; Todd's son, Trent Wormley; and Kip's daughter, Desirae Marotta all of Geneva; Jim Mullen of Wellsville, Flo Mullen of Barrington, Doris Houghtaling; and her daughter, Emily of North Hornell, and Jayne (Jim) Amidon; and their daughter, Kristen; and their son, Kurt of Hornell; her sister, Alice Jones of Dansville.
She was predeceased by her husband, Gerald Mullen in 2011.
