To the family of Barbara - I enjoyed working with her for many years at Hobart at Floyd. We always had fun working with the children cooking a Chinese New Year lunch. She was always a dynamic professional and a great lady.

To the family, you have my sincere condolences. When someone falls asleep in death (Ecclesiastes 9: 5,10) the memories we have of them become our most precious treasure. May those memories comfort you as well as Gods promise at John 6:40.
My deepest sympathy

I am so sorry to hear about Barbara's passing. Although it's been many years, I still have great memories of working as her secretary when she was the Reading Specialist at the William Floyd School District. Barbara took me under her wing and introduced me to everyone. One thing she said would be my responsibility as her secretary was to be sure there was always a pot of coffee brewing in our office. LOL I will pray for her and all of you.

Dear Patty and Sandy,
I am the sister-in-law of Arlene Walsh. Arlene passed away in March of this year.
I knew your mother and father when they lived in Port Jefferson. I remember when your father passed away. You were little girls the last time I saw you. When Arlene passed away I was looking for your mother's address to let her know and sadly I saw that she also has passed.
I had spoken to your mom on a few occasions when she was teaching on Long Island. She was so helpful giving me advice for getting assistance with school questions I had for my son who was learning disabled.
She was such a nice person. I have wonderful memories of the nice times sitting in Arlene's back yard and all you kids having fun.
So sorry for your loss.
