Your mom was truly one of a kind. How many kids from the old ice skating rink did carole let trudge into the house to use the bathroom or just to get warm. I know I was one of them. Whenever my mom would say she was going to see her I'd always beg to come along because Carole was kind and always had funny stories and sweets on the table. And she would let me play with Pudgie, with a warning first. My mom was lucky to have your mom for a friend. I hope mom had the coffee ready when Carole got there. Hugs to you all.

What can I say about Carole. I can still hear her voice to this day and I haven´t seen her in years. She was the sweetest, kindest lady ever and never minded having us neighborhood kids in and out of her house. Mom always enjoyed getting letters from her, so I´m hoping those two and Jean can all catch up. Swift Street Mommas. Carole you will be missed by all that knew you and loved you. RIP
Kathy, Cindy, John and Tom so so sorry for your loss. Thinking of you all

I loved your mom. We worked together for many years and had a lot of fun together. She will be sadly missed. Prayers to her family.

Dear Tom and Pam & family of Carole: I'm sorry for your loss. Your mom was a beautiful, loving woman. I remember her well from the Swift Street days in Waterloo. May your memories give you comfort and may God give her peace.
