Donna is survived by her children, Stephanie (Derrick) Carnevale and Jeff (Kollyn) Carr; grandchildren, Kobey, Dru, Jenna & Kooper Carnevale and Kendall & Kaiden Carr, great-granddaughter, Daisy Carnevale; brother, Jim (Joanne) Leoni; and sister, Linda (Ed) Kluss.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, (May 10) at Pusateri Funeral Home, 68 Sodus Street, Clyde, N.Y. from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. with a short service following.
