Doris Hernandes Klock Obituary

EAST FISHKILL, Dutchess County - Doris Stugart Hernandes Klock, 75, a resident of Hopewell Junction, Dutchess County, for 15 years and formerly of Schenectady and Canandaigua, died Friday (July 10, 2009) at the Kaplan Family Hospice Residence in Newburgh, Orange County.
Memorial donations may be made to the Ladies Auxiliary of Manny Bacon Post 1758, American Legion, P.O. Box 92, Hopewell Junction 12533.
Born June 27, 1934, in Canandaigua, she was the daughter of Ruben and Mary Mae Beyer Stugart. She had been employed as a machinist for The Lisk Co. in Canandaigua. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Manny Bacon Post 1758, American Legion in Hopewell Junction and she loved all animals.
Doris is survived by her husband, Neil Klock of Hopewell Junction; her son, Edward D. Hernandes and his wife, Maureen Murphy Hernandes of Poughquag, Dutchess County; her grandchildren, Patricia Hernandes O'Brien and her husband, Kevin of Pleasant Valley, Dutchess County, Stephanie Hernandes of Poughquag and Edward Hernandes of Poughquag; her great-grandson, Aidan Patrick O'Brien; and her sisters, Cora Fox of Cogan Station, Pa., Mary Carmel of Stanley, Velma Radka of Waterloo, Betty Buckley of Watkins Glen, and Ruby St. Germain of Romulus.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Edward Hernandes, in 1980; and by her siblings, John, Gerald and Anna Mae.
Arrangements are under the direction of the McHoul Funeral Home Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction.
