Francis RITZ Obituary

RITZ, Dr. Francis (Doc), DDS June 10, 1924 - November 25, 2014 Born in Lodi, CA to George and Blanche Ritz; served in World War II as a medic in France & Belgium. Graduated from UCSF School of Dentistry, in 1955. He moved his family to Healdsburg in 1958, where he practiced until 1986. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Clyda, and his children, Frank, Mark and Sue; six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Services will be held at the Headsburg SDA Church, 429 Terrace Ave., Healdsburg, CA on December 20th at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make donations for worthy students in care of the Healdsburg SDA Church.

Dr. Ritz was always so sweet to me and my co-workers at Bank of the West when I was a teller there. He would bring some of his beautiful Black-eyed Susan flowers to brighten our days. Fond memories of him, so very sorry to hear he has passed.

So sorry for your loss. Dr Ritz was my first dentist. I was just a little girl but i remember him. He was a nice man.
