Jeffrey was a great friend and excellent drummer I played with in bands from Ithaca and Trumansburg NY around 1972 to 1976. In one session, he had Sherman Kelly play with us, especially his hit song "Dancing in the Moonlight". His tour of Vietnam had a difficult impact on his life after service. Jeff (and "Jef" spelling) was an amenable, dependable and friendly individual who you could count on to help out when needed. Peace & Love my good brother. Paul W. Mayne
