John Daeffler Obituary

CLYDE – On June 15, 2017, John entered into his eternal life after a short illness.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects from 2 to 5 p.m. on July 1, 2017 at Mull Funeral Home, 113 Virginia St., Waterloo, N.Y.
John was born January 25, 1951 to Harold and Delyghte Daeffler in Waterloo N.Y. He graduated from Waterloo High School in June of 1969. John worked with Granville Chambers of Webster N.Y. He also worked for Thomas Electronics in Clyde N.Y., in which he retired from. John was a family man. He was the oldest of eight kids; he was a husband, a father, a Poppie and the most important job he had was a PopPop. John loved taking on remodeling projects, fishing, video games, and spending time with his family. John spent most of his life in Clyde, N.Y. until 2002, when he moved to Buffalo. John was a very important part of his family the strong one and will greatly be missed.
John is survived by his wife of 49 years, Shirley of Hamburg, N.Y.; his daughter, Dayna (William) of Hamburg, N.Y.; his grandchildren Nicole Capone (Peter/Ella) of Cheektowaga, N.Y.; his grandson, Jacob-John DiSanto of Wolcott, N.Y.; his cat, Smoolie; and most of all, his BFF,
Luna Capone (great-granddaughter) whom he loved and fought hardest for. He is also survived by his siblings Marlin Sr.(Linda), Patt i(Ervin) of Powers, Kevin (Diana), Bonita (Mark), Lance (Lisa), Jody (Sandy); and many nieces,
nephews and cousins.
John was predeceased by his two children John Jr. and Nyree Dawn; his parents Harold and Delyghte; his maternal grandparents Elsie and Otto; and many aunts and uncles.

You left us so soon and so quickly. In our hearts we hated to see you suffer but in our selfishness we didn't want you to go. Its been a week and I still cant take it all in. I know you are pain free now thou and that is what matters. We love and miss you.
