Julie Harrington Obituary

GENEVA - With heavy hearts the family of Julie Harrington announce her passing at the age of 64, April 10, 1961- August 24, 2025. Julie was a cherished sister, aunt and friend.

Julie's passion as a chef developed into a career as a Culinary Arts Teacher

At the Fingerlakes Technical and Career Center. Julie loved her students and was proud to be called "CHEF" by them. She encouraged students to use their skills, be creative and take risks in creating and preparing culinary favorites.

Julie had a select group of close friends that she enjoyed spending time with. Since retiring, her independent nature allowed her to live life to the fullest. Julie never backed down from any challenge and always did things her way. She enjoyed kayaking, working around her yard, fixing her house, spending time with her niece & nephews, and making delicious meals. She also shared a special bond with her cat, Hyde.

Julie will be missed dearly by her family and friends. May she rest in peace and will forever be in our hearts.
