Karla Powers Obituary
Family and friends may call Friday (Sept. 25) from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Norman L. Waterman Funeral Home, Inc., 124 W. Miller St., Newark, where a funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Lyons.
In memory of Karla please consider donations to a charity of one's choice.
Karla was born the daughter of Winston and Glenda (McIninch) Powers on Wednesday, December 15, 1976, in Manhattan, N.Y. She enjoyed romance movies, country music, dancing and had a large doll collection.
Karla will be remembered by her parents, Winston and Glenda Powers, Ohio; brothers John (Lori) Powers of Ontario, Phillip (Courtney) Powers of Ohio; David (Michelle) Powers of Gates, Robert Powers of Rochester and Bobby Powers of Nuda; sisters Michelle (Bret) Milliman of Williamson and Terese (Ben) Hiwale of Fairport; 10 nephews and six nieces; many friends and staff at Wayne ARC.
