Kathryn Voegel Obituary

SENECA - Kathryn Voegel, 76, passed away peacefully, Friday, February 21, 2025, with her family by her side, at Pathway House of the Finger Lakes.

Katie was born January 5, 1949 in Waterloo, the daughter of late Joseph & Elizabeth LoPiccolo. Katie graduated from Waterloo High School in 1967.

Through the years Katie waitressed at various local restaurants though she retired from Tops grocery store. Kindly consider donations in Katie's memory to the Pathway Home of the Finger Lakes.

She is survived by her children, Michael (Marie) Voegel of Walnut Shade, Missouri, Wendy Hamilton of Milala, Oregon, and Brian (Vicki) Voegel of Aylett, Virginia; Her brother, Francis (Sam) LoPiccolo; her sisters, Roseann Rouland of Waterloo, New York, Mary Johnson of Norfolk, Virginia, Cindy (Tim) Grover of Seneca Falls, New York; and Sister-in-law, Palsy Herman; Her 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, and many loved nieces, nephews and cousins.

Katie was predeceased by her parents, brothers, Leo and Joseph and her sister, Josephine Odle and nephew Francis (Skeeter) LoPiccolo.

Cindy, and all of Katie's family. We are saddened to learn of her passing. Katie always had a smile for you and was delighted to be in her company. She was a hard worker and a very respectful lady. Katie is not suffering anymore. May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
