Lois Shaughnessy Obituary

Rushville/ Brighton - Lois A. Shaughnessy, age 76, died June 8, 2014.
Friends may call Friday (June 13) from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Kenneth J. Perkins Funeral Home in Gorham. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday (June 14) at 10 a.m. at St. Januarius Catholic Church, Naples, NY, with a reception with light refreshments to follow. Burial will be Monday (June 16) at 10 a.m. in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Rochester.
Memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675; or www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
Lois was the daughter of the late Frederick and Adelaide Blendinger. She enjoyed family, knitting scarves and her dog, "Bonnie."
She is survived by her husband, John A. Shaughnessy; son, Frederick (Susan) Shaughnessy; daughter, Deborah (Kenneth) Bedette; eight grandchildren, A.J. Bennett, Michael and Jakob Shaughnessy, Najia Zayed, and Boone, Bronson and Clark and Devon Bedette; and great-grandson, Earl Rodney.
