Mary Beardsley Obituary
A Memo rial service will be held January 9 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bellona Presby terian Church.
She grew up in Kashong, N.Y., and enjoyed everything about the outdoors and living on the lake. After graduating from Geneva High School, she met and married Victor, a Sampson airman. They lived most of their lives in Bellona, N.Y. She worked as an Avon representative for 35 years. After moving to Hawaii she served as president of the Nanawale Community Association and volunteer with many youth and church organizations. She was a member of the Bellona Presbyterian Church as well as the Puula Church.
Surviving are her children James (Leilani) Beardsley of Baldwinsville, N.Y., Daniel Beardsley of Pahoa, Hawaii, Kathleen (James) Bullis of Oxford, N.Y., Michael (Meg) Beardsley of Pahoa, Hawaii, and foster child, Donna (Bill ) Besley of S.C.; brother John (Pat) Jensen of Penn Yan, N.Y. Also surviving are six grandchildren and one great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Carl and Nettie Jensen; brother, Carl Robert Jensen; husband, Victor Beardsley; and many of her closest and dearest friends.

So sorry to hear of Mary Lou's passing. I too was an Avon Lady with Mary Lou selling under Phyliss Stiver's. Met some of the nicest people. Those were the days! May God bless you and Keep you Mary Lou. I think of you everytime I pass through Belonna.

So sorry to hear of Marylou's passing. Maryann and I have many warm and happy memories of Vic and Marylou and their children during the many years they lived in Bellona. Vic and Marylou gave so much of their time to so many families in the area. We would love to hear from any of the Beardsley children.
