Ronald Denison Obituary

MOCKSVILLE, N.C. - Ronald "Rocky" Le Roy Denison, 63, passed away on January 29, 2013 at his residence. He was born March 26, 1949 in Geneva, N.Y. to the late Genevieve Emerson.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 4:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 1304 County Home Road, Mocksville, N.C. 27028.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Davie County Rescue Squad or the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Mocksville, NC.
After 30 years of service Mr. Denison retired from Goulds Pumps in Seneca Falls, NY before moving to NC where he worked for VF Jeanswear for 13 years in the shipping department before retiring in 2011. Mr. Denison was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Mocksville, N.C.. He loved trains, camping, being outdoors, volunteering as a fireman, and spending as much time with family as possible. Mr. Denison will be remembered as a people person who never met a stranger. He also loved his two dogs, JoJo and Tyler.
Mr. Denison is survived by his wife of 19 years, Judy Anne Denison; two step-sons, Michael Vergason and wife Bonnie of Mocksville, N.C., and Okey Ingram and wife Shantel of Mocksville, N.C.; two granddaughters, Dyanna and Carolina Vergason.
