Sheldon Sharpe Obituary
Services will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made to the NYS Steam Engine Association, P.O. Box 1149, Canandaigua, NY 14424.
Sheldon was born March 15, 1943, in Scott, N.Y., the son of the late John and Genevieve Sharpe.
He was a Director of the N.Y. Steam Engine Association. He mowed at the Steam Pageant grounds every Wednesday. Sheldon collected Allis Chalmers and organized the Gathering of the Orange at the NYS Steam Pageant. He had a tractor parts business, related to Allis Chalmers tractors.
Sheldon is survived by his wife, Sue Sharpe; two sons Todd (Mary) Sharpe and Gregg (Jessica) Sharpe; one sister, Sandy (Al) Tuttle; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his brother, Louis Sharpe; and his sister, Esther Bush.

I will always remember all of us hanging out at the Dutchman and at your get togethers. Shorty was always a riot! He could bring a smile to your face no matter what your mood was.
